26/01>>>>Today I work at USJ…Internet connection not very good so we terpaksa ask other branch to do payment cause we hav error while doin payment…Anyway…everything seems well…Afternoon Catherine (our manager) will come n brief us bout the package procedure…..When she come ,we were busying serving our customer so she went to toilet awhile…I was doin booking for an Indo man ….he ask so much bout the flight….I giv him the best price n explain a lot…..finally he say wan book…..fine…I book for him n check wit him the detail….In the booking form I put 31/1 LCCT to SUB bla bla…..Then confirm the detail then ask him to sign…Then everything done suddenly found out the price on the form is more expensive so I quickly change it to the promotion price ….Then do all the booking…detail,payment ,print n so on…After confirm print it out….Let him check…then he say wrong liao..The date that he want 31/01 but in the confirmation print is 30/01 ALAMAK!!! ….I do wrongly…..Cause 30/01 is more cheaper price than 31/01 ….So I ingat he want the cheaper flight and saw the price is not the price I ingat he wanted de ,so quickly change but din notice tat I also change everything liao (he so misleading) …I hav confirm n even pay liao…then he say He want 31/01…..I know I was wrong but if wanted to change must pay penalty RM75 …I wanted to cry liao that time dunno wat to do…Then I ask Cat to help me up…..We try to pujuk the customer to choose 30/01 cause is cheaper…we negotiate wit him but He very determine to take the flight on 31/01…..I call the Air Asia center n ask them can they cancel that booking but They say cant..must pay penalty for the changes……I call madam n ask for help …She helplessly say she cant do anything n I must pay for the penalty…..D@mn….Fine ,I was I wrong .I just help him to change it n settle everything…Then while do record giv them goreng sekali lagi …say I do wrong key in wrong data…I still new, apa pun tak tau, nobody ajar me how to do…just ask me to key in…I ma key according to my common sense la….. I sudah hilang duit masih goreng I ….Haih take it as a lesson…This lesson memang mahal T.T...Even get so many 'Insentive' worker also cant 'tampal' balik...
