Last Sunday,went to a soft skill talk o programme. Mr.Rizal is our facilitator..he's quite funny n friend.The programme start from 9am-5pm T.T (yaya, cant sleep late even is weekend,celaka btul =.=ll). The whole day we stay hav the talk n some activities...Basically everything is fun n boleh tahan la..not very boring la..learn a lot lol, know many fren la, n eat a lot lol..I can say tat tis is the first time at Kampar makan tak henti...10am breakfast then 1pm lunch then 3pm tea break then 7pm dinner..then lucky no supper la.....In conclusion,tengok pic
